The Montreal International Jazz Festival, one of the world’s most renowned music festivals, is set to return in 2024 with an exciting lineup that promises to captivate audiences from around the globe. This festival, which has been a cornerstone of Montreal’s cultural landscape since its inception in 1980, continues to celebrate the rich legacy of jazz while embracing a diverse array of musical genres.
From June 27 to July 6, over 350 shows will rock the heart of the city, and two-thirds will be completely free. A modern, all-encompassing and diverse program that proves once again that jazz has no boundaries.
André 3000, Norah Jones, Hiatus Kaiyote, Laufey, Robert Glasper, and Orville Peck are among the headliners of the 2024 edition of the Festival, its 44th.
The festival is taking place from from June 27 to July 6 primarily in the Quartier des Spectacles sector surrounding the Place des Arts and across the street from Complexe Desjardins in downtown Montreal. There you will find a number of large outdoor stages featuring different artists throughout the day as well as supporting services selling food and drinks to the festival goers.
