The Montreal International Beer Festival, known as the Mondial de la bière in the local official French language was founded in Montreal in 1994 by three local beer lovers and is considered the most important international beer festival in the Americas.
A unique and friendly tasting event, the Montreal International Beer Festival is considered a doorway to the brewing industry in Quebec and around the world. In addition to its elaborate professional side the festival offers visitors an education about beer.
The 26th edition of the Mondial de la bière in MONTREAL took place recently from May 22nd to May 25 2019.
